How can I fix This?

the pps is worth 4-5 '09 rares + a '09 uc.
their store pet is worth a '10 rare and the squid is worth a '13 uc, so they need to add 3-4 '09 rares, a '10 rare + 5 other '13 uncommons or anything worth that.

re-releases are worth the same as true dates, so yes :)
rats have some lower demand compared to dogs or other species', so it's up to you whether you'll take it or not.
