Seems pretty fair. Your lion is a tier four pet on the advent list, and is worth 5 - 6 '09 rares. So their side is pretty fair.
I would take it if you're interested in trading off the list.

I would say this is pretty fair, because I believe the store pet is going for '09 rares now? Two '10 rares is worth an '09 rare,
so it is fair!
