it depends on how you value pets in c$. since its an '09, and some late dates, I think they'd go for more than 12 c$. but again, it depends on how you personally value pets. I think this is unfair, though

I would say this is unfair to the cat. It isn't a warrior, so it has a pretty average demand in most situations, and because of it being very rare, it would be worth 2 '09 rares. The '08 rare is worth an '09 and '10 rare, and the other '09 rare is extra by an '10 rare.
To make this more fair, I would remove the '09 dog and add a '10 rare in it's place, or remove the '08 rare and put another '09 rare there instead. Do seek another opinion though!
