not too sure on the first one as I'm not great with items, but the second one, the dog will be enough as its a 2009 rare, however, sitting cats have demand. its up to you how much demand you are willing to overpay for (did i word that right? )

if your going by demand they are asking for to much. the non swirl should be removed. that's giving it a 2 non value which is the most they normally go for.
