the first one, that is from 2008 rat, which dose not have a good demand and they are usually hard to trade off.If it was me i would accept it.But i think with the date i believe it is a over trade.

Rarity Wise— It’s over pay (‘17 store pet= Late ‘10 rare [2 of them = 2 Late ‘10 rares {Set = ‘09 Very Rare + ‘10 rare}])

Demand Wise— The rat would probably be hard to trade off as not many people like rats. It’s your choice whether you would want to accept or not. You could just buy a couple more griffins from the CS Store afterwords if you wanted.
