I think it is the same as rarity wise, 3 non dogs and a blue toxic. I think it's called a plains zebra

It's actually the Grevy's Zebra. Plains Zebra looks like this: boop

But yes, it is worth 3 Nons + a Blue Toxic. Demand wise, Zebras tend to get 1-2 Nons worth (maybe more with patience).
