I am not too good with CS$, but if that ammount is equal to a mid-advent, then it is fair. The second trades... both are overpay, considering their demand isn't crazy (yet) but I believe the second trade holds more value.

the '14 store pet is worth a late '09 rare and the two '14 rares are a fair swap too. The '16 commons aren't really needed, but don't really make it unfair to them. So the trade is fair :)
