It's too soon to conclude what the pea tends to go for. The UR cat is worth 2 nons+2 sorbets while the peach tends to go for around 2 sorbets. If your trading partner values the pea as 2 nons, this would be roughly fair.

what would be needed to make this fair, if anything ?

the zebra goes for 1-2 nons . lion goes for it's worth / a non + a green toxic .
if you value the zebra at a non, the lion is overpaying .
if you value the zebra at 2 nons, the lion side would need to add a ur flower pot tier .
