I don't think it's fair technically but it's definitely on the higher end of trades for what you can get for a grinner

Yes, it is fair! A grinner is worth 2 mid advents + a 09R, I'm considering the second advent needed as the lowest mid advent tier since the one they added is on the highest tier
Their side is worth 2 mid advents + a 09R + the random pets. I would personally take it
