Huge overpay on their side! Even if that advent pet did turn out to be rare it would still be worth less a single 2010 uncommon

Its been a while since I've traded pets. So my apologies for not being able to help anyone else out.
We're both unsure about what to add and/or take away. So I'd like to get some advice on the matter.
