the 2016 store pet's worth 25-30C$
the 2012 rare is worth around 9-12C$

your side is worth 74-82 C$

it is a tad unfair to them

unfair to them, even valuing the Egyptian event items at only a common from their year. They'd only need 8 2014 event items at most to add up to that rare, and they have well over that + many items other events/years

yes, the non+blue toxic amounts to the most rarity wise. So that's the best one for you.

Personally though I'd take this one
because I've had really good experience getting pretty big overpay offers for the balloon duo.

but in the end it is your decision~

The biggest overpay would be the toxic + non, but the fairest would be the UR Malk + balloon (still a massive overpay tho)

I ageee with Vixey, balloon dogs are easily traded. I found it a nightmare to trade my blue toxic fairly. ^^;
