1. Unfair to you. Your cat is a "warrior cat" which has quite some demand. Rarity wise it is unfair to them.
2. What they mean is that it is a rereleased rat I personally wouldn't take it because rats tend to not have the greatest demand. The zodiac dog you could get more than 1 '09 rare for.

A ‘17 store pet is worth a late 2010 rare (some might value it as a mid 2010 rare). A late 2009 rare would be worth a 2014 store pet.

Rarity wise it will be unfair to you because your zebra will end up being higher up on the list than their dog. Demand wise, I'm not too sure since the UR Aussie also doesn't have great demand.

yeah, the red dragon tier is worth about 13 '09 rares and the red dragon tier + an '09 rare is worth a grinner. ^^
