While yours is a 2010 rerelease and there's is a 2009, Tess horses have pretty bad demand, from my experience. Malks, however, have pretty good demand, and usually go for more than their true value. I'd say unfair to you for that reason.

The Nick pet is worth more rarity wise (3 month rule), but Malk pets tend to have better demand. It's up to you, but I personally wouldn't take it.

Unfair to them rarity wise, their 2010 uncommon is early while yours is mid-late
Demand wise depends if you personally like nicks or malks more
