Unfair to them by 2-3 09 rares
The grinner is worth 2 mid advents + an 09 rare, they have 2 mid advents + the low advent worth 3-4 09 rares

assuming you value the cinnamon bun at a non.
their side adds up to approx 2 blue roses less than a non dog. meaning they need to add 2 blue roses to equal the worth of a non, though I would personally not take it anyway, frankly the pets offered don't have great demand (notably the red toxic, butterbuns, and speckled rat all can be quite hard to get a fair deal out of)

please note the cinnamon roll wasn't placed on the list yet and has no set value until then,
