The ID number of Khali is 212724090. Khali has 5 letters in it.
Lets assume A=1, B=2, and etc. Khali would equal 41.
2+1+2+7+2+4+0+9+0= 27 27+41=68
Ethulai's user ID added equals 23.
68+23=91. 9+1 = 10
Now we know that the name of the pet must contain 10 lettuce letters, of course, because how can my logic be flawed?

But seriously, joking aside.
If Ethulai's pets will have a trend, then lets compare the two they have thus far. here we go!
The pets thus far both have:

- No eyes/shaded in eyes
- Small tails
- Fluffy(?) fur
