Hold on, Nadine said ''Pup'', so not the final form, both of hers are blue ( her 2015 one is blueish greenish tho ), but then again. She said "My pup'seye color MAY"

Yes, there will never be any splits in the staff dog litter, so you're safe to trade off doubles for missing outcomes if needed.
