Ah yeah I see where you're coming from (the gap list), but that doesn't really work because if someone offered 10 tier 1 advents that would only add up to 5 mid advents which is a red rose dog (half a red x pps) i hope that explains it/makes sense to you!

Idk if there's a thread either but they're overpaying. Just the rat alone is overpay. The rat is worth 2,400 gems, so it's unfair to them. Demand is up to you! Personally I'd decline
