Very unfair to you in regards to both.
The Sleipner is a Tier 1 Advent worth 3-4 '09 rares. Even if you value it at a mid-high advent, as some users do, it would be unfair to you by 20 midadvents.

The punk dog is a Tier 5 Advent worth 6-7 '09 rares.
Each 2014 store pet on their side is worth a mid '09 rare. Each 2015 store pet is worth a late '09 rare. Their side adds up to about 6 mixed '09 rares + ann early '10 rare (the '16 store pet). It's about fair. Up to you whether or not you want to trade off the list, as it can be harder to trade back on.

Demand is factored in, but demand for certain pets becomes inflated, leading to people overpaying ridiculously for a pet.
A pet's value is determined by the list, which takes demand into consideration; not completely and solely by demand. What people pay for a certain pet is on their own volition. Just because a user pays a mainlist for a non-list pet does not mean that pet is automatically worth a mainlist. Plus, some users might overpay for certain pets simply because they are desperate, not because they value the dragon PPS at a mainlist. Keep this in mind before giving advice that can lead to overinflated pet values.

It's not compulsery worth a main list, but if people are willing to pay mainlists for it, why would I accept an offer below? I also got some high offers, and demand fixes the price, it's the principle every ecenomy is working with. Things are rare because there a just a few of them existing, but things are valuable because many people want them if they are limited. Also, I told them that some people wouldn't agree on this, since it isn't listed, just to prevent misunderstandings or misleading.

Refusing to accept anything below a mainlist for your Dragon PPS Cat is what is leading to overinflated pet values.
Just because one person was offered a mainlist once does not mean that you should expect the same amount of overpay.
If you would like to debate this more, I would recommend doing so on The Rares List thread, as many people have debated this and come to the same conclusion.
