This trade is a hoard trade on their side// I was wondering what this person would need to add in order to make it fair? I would like rarity + demand opinions but any help at all is fine. :)

I know this is just my opinion, but I'd try to not trade off the list. I think they should add at least one higher up list to make it semi-fair, as their offering 101 CS, but again, I'm no pro, and I'd wait for someone who knows a bit more about having lists, lol.

101C$ is worth roughly an advent tier 10. Advent tier 10+1.5 2009 rares (their three store foxes)=11.5 2009 rares. A mid advent is worth 6-8 2009 rares. Your pink balloon is worth roughly 21 mid advents. They need to add roughly 19 mid advents plus anywhere from a '10 rare to 2.5 2009 rares.

Valuing the unknown rarity as a common, the top is worth exactly a '16 rare. This is unfair to you because of the slight age gap
