I would say unfair to VR. The '09 rare and '15 rare do not make up for it.

Well actually the "15" rare is a rerelease of the malk elemental cats, (they are from May of 2009)
And depending on the player, have pretty good demand (from what I've seen)
They also included an older-ish item of "guy fox"
So I'd say it's fair.
