My trade partner just said that 2009 very rare worth 4 2009 rares. Is this true? I'm kinda confused because I was always trading thinking it don't matter for old pets whether rare or very rare.

Someone told me earlier that a '09 VR = 2 '09 rares.

it still has its original value, 2 '09 rares + a '10 rare, but it may be only slightly harder to trade off than if it was a true date. re-releases don't lower in value c:
