Both are unfair to you because of the age gap. In the first trade, the top is worth less than a 2014 uncommon. In the second trade the top is worth roughly a 2012 uncommon

All of the pets in this trade are worth the three month rule. It is unfair to you because of the age gap. The top is worth less than a 2014 uncommon

A 2014 store pet is only worth a late 09 rare. I assume your are talking about the Aussie set from March 09? If so, no. That wouldn't be fair for even one of the rare Aussies as they are early 09 rares. It would take the 2014 store pet and a few 09 uncommons to add up to 1 rare Aussie.
