I can't help you on the second one since I'm too lazy to, but the first one seems like a good trade-down, as toxics are easily traded up, and have good demand.

I received this trade today and was wondering if it was fair or not; If it's not far what needs to be added/taken off for it to be fair?

They're overpaying. They have a tier two advent in there so it would be a fair swap for just those too. So to make it fair remove everything but the Pink/Purple White String Horse.

I wouldn't accept.
The horse has demand only to certain people- (since a portion of CS doesn't like / favor horses over other storepets)
However, there is also a portion of people who favor Malks, Malk fish, and DEFINITELY that Malk cat.
That storepet could potentially go for an 09' rare, or maybe two.

That cat has a bit of demand- as it looks like a tiger, (and in some cases, peoples' pets)
Malk cats in general have quite a bit of demand- the bettas are just an addition.
None of the items they are offering have "demand" or rarity, since most are store items. The pets don't really add up to anything big,
I wouldn't accept because I see it as unfair- the demand on bettas seems high, and I know for a fact that the cat has a high demand. (it is also an 09' rare if you didn't know)

The spotted tribal is worth about 1.2k 09' rares (doubted) from what I heard-
I am really trying to convert it fully into rares.

Agreed, unfair to you. However, the horse store pet is only worth a mid/late '10 rare and the store fox is worth a late '10 rare, I generally see them go for fair prices ^^
