Unsure about the first but the second is unfair to you. Your Malk cats are both from early 2009. One of their dog is from late '09 and one is from Jan '09 so it's unfair to you because of the three month rule

11C$ is worth a 2011 rare. The cat they're offering can go for fair trades. I personally would wait for a better offer than this.
