They're overpaying. A "10 uncommon is worth a "12 rare. Your side doesn't add up to that so just the uncommon is overpay. <3

A red x pps is worth a grey dragon and a light leopard. The grinner is on the same tier as the light leopard and the blue rose is 1 tier below the dragon. The difference between the tiers is a Seal pps ( which is on tier 7 currently). So I would remove the store pet and add a seal pps or a pet(s) of equal worth.

A UR Bee is worth 2 nons. So you would need to basically add the full second non since 4 mid advents don't really make a dent in the gap. I would just remove those advents and offer 2 nons.
