By rarity, it would be unfair to the dark heart rat. With demand, it's not bad of a trade in my opinion. Though, some people may not like the rat.

I personally would. Demand varies person to person. I would say the rat could at the very least get you a mid-high September list, which your side alone could not trade up to. But if you don't have the patience to do a lot of digging and trading then I would suggest canceling.
