Is this a good offer considering both demand and rarity?

2 is definitely a better bid: a bee usually goes for 2 nons, and an aussie goes for a non+. Bananas have terrible demand, and the white dog goes for about a non.

Also, the trade is fair, considering grinners have slightly poor demand, and that September list has decent demand.

please don't give false advice. even though what you said is mostly correct (I agree on trade 2 being better), the gwj does not go for about a non. the gwj is worth a red toxic less than a non. also, all pink septembers have bad demand. the trade was not fair but unfair to the pink september. they'd have needed to add another grinner to their side in order for it to be about fair.
