I'm not sure if the low demand of the Tess horses and the high demand for dogs made up for the gap;; I'd love some help with this! If it's unfair, what should be added?

i seen a couple people want the UR tess horse atm but it really depends on what the person values it at but this looks probably fair demand wise but rarity wise unfair to tess horse c:

even though the spotted tribal doesn't have the best demand either I'd take it. I've seen the ur tess go for far less. it'll be way easier trading the tribal for fair trades.
