both are worth the three month rule (meaning they are worth another pet- ideally another dog- of the same year and within three months of it's adoption date c: however, the ornament dog is from a christmas event so you could maybe fetch slightly more for him.

correct me if im wrong but, I wouldnt accept because a 2008-9 very rare is worth two 09 rares and a 10 rare. they are just giving you three '10s and who knows what the items are worth?

Unfair to you. An early 09 very rare is worth 2 early 09 rares and their side only adds up to an 09 rare and a 2010 rare. They would need to add another early 2010 rare if this trade were only for the dog. but the wolf plushies is worth a mid 09 rare. So they would need to add either: A) a 2010 early rare and a mid 09 rare or B) remove a 2010 rare and add a early 09 rare and a mid 09 rare.
