Rarity wise for the second trade is fair.

Although, demand wise depends on user. Some users value the rat lower than the sorbet tier level. Some may value it higher.

Actually the ur rat is higher than the sorbet on the list. Thus it's unfair to the ur rat by a red x pps. As said above, demand is up to you and your partner. Basically the list already considers demand, but a lot of people reapply it...
