little unfair to you as your side is worth an early '16 uncommon.

What should i remove/add?

From what I have been told.

2 commons 2017 = 1 uncommon 2017
2 common 2017 = 1 common 2016
4 commons 2017 = 1 uncommon 2016

therefore, take off two of your commons and wala fair. At least how I see it.

It is unfair to the top. The dragon on your side is not a list pet while their rat is a list pet.

Fairness wise, it's unfair to them. I was just noting that sometimes the dragons will go for more

Demand wise I have never seen that dragon go for that much. It is usually list dragons that are VR that have a higher demand. Thus I would still say it is unfair to the top.

unfair to zebra rarity and demand wise.
The zebra can at least fetch a non, while it's quite hard to get a non out of the banana. I wouldn't take that if I were on the zebra's side.
