Actually this seems pretty fair to me. If at all, they are overpaying rarity wise. The rares are within 3 month of each other, but if you see a year gap, then the uncommon makes up for it (:

I would say the first offer - Punk dogs go for 7th tier advents, from what I have seen - They are offering (in the first offer) 17-18 rares, if we are valuing the warriors at 2 09' rares - Your dragon store pet is worth an early 2010 rare - On the other hand,
the second offer is offering 7-8 09' rares with a few added rares - In summary, I would take the first offer -

Personally I'd not take it 'cuz rats is harder to trade off than any Malks. (I trade my Malk horse for a few 2009 rares.) But if you like rats or know how to trade them off in fair trade - it's real fair trade.

The gap between the cake dog and the floppy pink september is a tier 2 advent, so around 4-5 '09 rares need to be added to the floppy september side. c:

I personally value an uncommon from any year as 2 commons from that year, so by those standards, you would need to add another '14 common. c:
