Is this fair? I received it today but it doesn't look like they read my rules. I don't know if it's unfair to me or them.

Value wise they're overpaying, a lot. The horse is a rerelease from late 2009. A 2009 rare is worth 8 2010 uncommons. Your side is only worth around one 2010 uncommon

Just out of curiosity, was this fair?
I was told the socks are worth a rare by the same person (and I was theoretically* adding up to that since I value any rare at 2 uncommons), and I'd like to know whether or not that's true? I sincerely thought only the older items (2008-2010) were worth rares, along with some of the store items.

In 2012, they were worth a late common of the previous year, if that helps. I wouldn't be surprised if they would theoretically be "worth" an '11 rare or '10 UC or something along those lines now. I don't have an exact answer, though, my apologies

That's completely and absolutely fine--I genuinely thought that was the item's worth, as well. That does help me settle down some sort of rarity onto this item.
If anyone could hit me up with a second advice, that'd be marvelous.
