Yeah, but keep demand in mind, the BEG can go for a non while the UR Banana, like all fruits have bad demand and can be hard to trade off

If you have the BEG, I suggest no.
The banana may go for a non, if you are patient.
So does the BEG. But- the UR Banana is really hard to find someone that would trade a non or more.

Rare sitting cat is worth 30-35C$.
2012 common is worth about 1.5-2C$.
2016 uncommon is worth about 0.5C$.
2016 rare is worth about 1-3C$.
So the pets are worth about 34.5-42.5

So yes, it's fair because it's within the range.

Unfair to you.
The two store pets are fair swaps but the 2 2017 uncommons on their side doesn't add up to the 2014 uncommon on your side.
