I'm just gonna get this out of my system really quick.

Does anyone grant wishes at the Wishing Well?
Well, I do, and I even grant rares, and usually people are really nice about it.
But you know what I hate? When people whine on there about how it's their 'dream pet', and you know what, I usually give it to them, even if it's a rare (if I have it, of course).
Okay, so let's say I give someone their 'dream pet'. They accept, very thankful, blahblahblah.
Not TEN. MINUTES. after the fact, they're on the WW again, looking for another pet.
What was wrong with the one I gave you? You got a pet you wanted, why don't you work for the rest?
Why are you acting like you are entitled to these pets, so you'll go back and ask for as many as you want?
And then I see some people who don't even ask for their 'dream pet', they just say ANY PET ON THEIR WISHLIST, which, essentially, means that they just want pets. They don't care what kind, they're just too lazy to go and trade.

This has just been bugging me for SO long.

I personally have never even bothered to look at the thread (combination laziness and intimidation because of the huge amount of posts), but I can just imagine how irritating that must be. ><

I agree. I really agree. I often give people what they ask for, yet the moment I give it too them they are back out asking for more. Although what is sadder is the fact that they don't even say a simple thankyou. I gave someone a rare, I had a spare so I gave it to them, next minute it was up on their auction thread and they were begging for more.

I completely agree. Lately I've been gifting pets a lot, especially people part of the Wishlist Pet Army. And so someone was complaining how they've been hoping to get this rare advent for a long while. So I gave it to them, for free. Shortly after they were asking for other pets and such. I regret giving away a pet that I now need.

Were they new? If they were, they may just have looked at that rarities, and thought 'Oh, 2 rares = a VR, so this is fair'. Which leads to my next rant...

All these people with 'rarity charts' in their trade rules. You know, the

2 VC = 1 C
2 C = 1 UC
2 UC = 1 R
2 R = 1 VR
2 VR = 1 OMG

They are so wrong and give newbies the wrong idea, because they don't even mention dates.

You have no idea how many times I had to try and resist clawing my own eyes out because of how often I see them just... doing all of this.
Not just when I grant them either; they just keep coming back for more and more, regardless of who sent what.
I'm losing faith in humanity because people are greedy about damn pixels at this point.
