It's unfair demand wise. Rarity wise the UR grapes is worth 84 mid advents, or a sorbet swap. The balloon dog doesn't add up for the missing 2 sorbets you need for the trade to be fair, so this would be unfair to the raven demand wise. Rarity wise this is horrendously unfair to the UR grapes and balloon dog as the raven is only worth 7-8 '09 rares.

This looks fair enough to me. A 2012 store pet typically goes for a 2009 rare and since 2 '10 rares is valued at 1 '09 rare, then yea this is perfectly fair :)!

Personally I would not accept any of them due to the cats having an INSANE demand and they are all/almost all from 2009, even with the first trade having a list in it I find it unfair.

I'd take the first one, the second one is worth much less compared to it. Rarity wise it's unfair to them though, your side is only worth about 17 09 rares + almost a '10 rare & a cake dog alone is worth around 42.
Demand wise depends how you value the warriors though.
