I'm my opinion it's unfair for your 08' and the commons on your side make it worse, but please get another opinion

The 08 is worth 2 09 rares + a '10 rare, so if we value the '14 store pets @ an 09 rare each the PPS plus one store pet would be overpaying by about a little under a '10 rare.

Rarity wise it's perfectly fair going by the 3 month rule. Demand wise varies from person to person, I've seen both fair trades and overpay for either dog, so I'd say it really depends which one you personally like more.
