Hii, I'm currently attempting to auction off a sept. list cake dog for quantity of non-list rares/very rares, I was just wondering what kind of amount would be fair and how it would differ in terms of date (so how many '08, '09 would I be able to get in comparison to '15, '16 rares)
Hasn't really been much interested as cake dogs have always had fairly low demand, but I'd still like to know what I could get and what would be fair

A cake dog is worth about 42 09 rares according to the current list. Can't really say for 08 rares as a lot of them are extended releases and worth 09 rares anyways.
So valuing 2 rares = a previous year rare;;
42 09 rares = 84 '10 rares = 168 '11 rares = 336 '12 rares etc
Keep doubling and you'll eventually get to 2688 '15 rares or 5376 '16 rares, though I doubt anyone has that many or is willing to trade that much bulk

definitely unfair to you!
while the apple does have low demand, the only list pets they're offering are a couple of advents, which definitely can't bridge the gap between the tiers!
