The first one is extremely unfair to you.
Valuing a 2009 rare as 2 2010 rares and so forth, an '09 rare is worth about 128 2016 rares. They're offering the equivalent of one 2016 rare.
The second one is also unfair to you; valuing an '09 rare at about 2-4 '09 uncommons.

It's unfair to you. The pets they offered only really get them up to maybe a tier 3 or 4 pet and that grinner is a low septemember list pet

Please stop giving false advice!
It's unfair to them.
A grinner is worth about 13-17 '09 rares.
They are offering a tier 7 advent list, worth 7-8 '09 rares and a tier 2 zombie pony worth 4-5 '09 rares. That together adds up to about 11-13 '09 rares, and then they are offering an extra 8 '09 rares. They are offering a grand total of about 19-22 '09 rares. So, unfair to them by about 4-6 '09 rares.
