Value wise they're overpaying since your cat had an extended release until April 2010. Demand is up to you, since everybody values warrior cats differently. Personally, I'd keep the cat

No. A late 2010 rare is worth a 2017 store pet
Adding on to Mewfle: the C$ guide is outdated so some people pushed store pet values back a little. A 2014 store pet would be a late 2009 rare/early 2010 rare, depending on who you're trading with

Top is overpaying. The bunny is tier 6 while your dog is tier 5. They're overpaying by a '09 uncommon and that '10 uncommon horse.
