If you are searching for demand, I would take the blue Rose trade. If you are looking for rarity wise, take the leopard and Tier 7 dog trade, to get up the list.

Rarity wise:
Unfair to the list + C$ side.
The Dark Wood dog is worth 3-4 Mixed 09 Rares, the bottom adds to 4x 09 rares (the store pets are worth a mid and late 09 rare each, the zodiacs go for a late 09 rare each (3 month rule)). The extra C$ is unneeded (20C$ is equal to a 2010 rare).

Demand wise it might be unfair to the quantity side, since the Zodiac dogs go for about 2x 09 rares each and the early 2012 store pet can also go for a bit more.
