Nope, their side only equals up to a 2011 rare an they're trading for a 2009 uncommon

Yes, and I thought that a 2011 rare would equal a 2009 uncommon? Just the same as a 2014 rare would equal a 2012 uncommon...?

In my opinion it is fair or even over on their side since the store pet they are offering is 3 years old and the store pets you have had just came out this year.
