Okay, someone tell me if this is fair... They're both common, but one is a 2016 staff pet and another is from 2010... what do I do?

Unfair to you. The 2014 store pet on their side is worth an early 2010 rare, so the re-released february guinea pig would be a fair swap for it. The 2010 Malk side on their end can go for overpay because the Malk lineart is high in demand, but I'd say at the most it could get an '09 rare (which the pink dog on your side is). Rarity wise, the 2010 malk is worth another 2010 rare within 3 months of its original release date. Everything else is unnecessary.

I'll be 100% with you. All are unfair to you. None even add up to a mainlist pet.
They are offering because since they saw that you don't know what a list pet is since you're asking about an OMGSR, they think they can ninja you and send you an unfair trade, which you wouldn't know, and accept it. Tbh, I would lock the pet in a group and read up on the Rares List guide, I can give you a link to.

Well, the reason the person is probably sending the trade is because they want somewhat of a date swap (your peppermint eared one is from 2011, theirs is from 2013). They would technically be a fair swap for each other, but some people just prefer the older released pets. Honestly, it's completely up to you what you'd want to do. It depends on if you value the older re-released pets as being worth more than the newer ones (which is completely up to you, there's no set rule about them being worth more).

I would say unfair to you.
The amount of uncommons just don't add up to a 2010 rare, and the commons don't fill the gap either. It barely adds up to some of the uncommons date wise either. Since butterfly wolves aren't a main thing for you, I'd say decline, both on a rarity and demand .
