In that trade you have 3 list pets - a tier 1,2, and 7 . Two mis advents= a September list which is what the grinner are. The pps cat and the dragon have nice demand and maybe would go for a high advent. Overall I would say this is slightly unfair to the other person but overall it is a great trade!

I wouldn't accept, grinners have bad demand and cannot go for fair trades. While most of your pets have high demand c: (Especially PPS Dragon and Malk dragons XD)

Or should i add 4 2010 rares?

This is incredibly unfair to you, the pets on your side go for advent lists-You should just add 10 rares without anything else. Because you would be overpaying and the other player may be trying to ninja you.

Actually grinner s have average demand and other players and I can say we have traded them off fairly for their worth.

So as you probably know the demand of the raven goes between a sorbet and a non depending on the trader, however the demand of the raven with the other pets don't add up to 3 nons. Valuing the raven at a non the other pets add up to a green tox. So it would be unfair to you by a non + ur flower.
