This trade leaves a lot to the imagination. Not including the value of the UR Peach because there isn't a set value of it's worth just yet going by the rare's list. With that said, the Spotted Tribal is worth approximately 2 Sorbet's and the Nonballoon + Grey Dragon is worth approx a Green Toxic, so basically the pets beside the UR Peach are close to the worth of a Non tier. If you value the UR Peach at a non plus a Green toxic in value, then the trade is fair, if not then the trade isn't fair, either to you or to the other person depending how you wish to value it.

If you value the socks at a '09 rare-vr then by all accounts the trade is fair.

Also please don't give false advice. While warrior cats can go to be worth more, that doesn't make the trade fair as such, they can be worth more demand wise but that worth is user created and it can vary from user to user how much that worth actually is.
With that said, both trades are unfair to the other person. Warrior cats do have demand which can drive up value, but rarity wise both are still pretty unfair.
