The lion is suppose to be worth 70C$ so they would be overpaying by 30C$. Though, do consider if you want to trade off the list.

Their side is worth roughly 13.5 2010 uncommons which is roughly 7 2009 uncommons. Both your rereleases are from 2009 and I personally value a rare as four uncommons, so this is unfair to you.
