the first one i think is fair enough
and the second one is good i think with the demand of the UR Holy Dog and the Angel dog, and the cupcake mouse is pretty good in trades too!

Going to give a bit of an educated answer here.

I am referring to the second one specifically.

If you worth the Bun at a Non, then their side is worth less than a non, the gap between the UR Flowerpot and the Non tier. With that said though, it isn't a bad trade down, you loose a little value but you get more pets. And that isn't taking the item worth into consideration as well. While technically unfair to the Bun, it isn't that unfair all things considered. It's unfair by about a Nonballoon / Line tribal depending on how you wish to value pets. I don't speak of demand wise either, just rarity wise with the list's involvement. ^^
