Would this be fair for my raven dog in terms of demand? I'm really very iffy on trading it off. I realize this is probably overpay on their side but as I took a 1.5 year semi-hiatus I'd like to get some opinions because I'm a little rusty.

I feel you, came back from a long hiatus myself a few months ago. The raven dog has a lot of demand, so you can get well beyond what it's actually worth on the rares list (high advent). With demand, the raven dog does fetch more than what's being offered in your trade. Most importantly, follow your gut if you're feeling iffy. c:
