Just to correct: I believe what you meant was that bid 1 was offering the most. It's not the fairest, as they are overpaying by a lot c:
Bid 1 is offering 4 mid advents + a '09 rare.
Bid 2 is offering 4 mid advents + 3 '09 rares.
So both bids are offering about the same amount of '09 rares <3
