which, out of the three is the best?

Let's see:
Bid 1: The most overpay. They're offering a september list and two advent lists for two high advents. I would definetely take this bid.
Bid 2: Worth a low advent. So it's unfair to you.
Bid 3: AT MOST, it can add up to the Light Leopard level I believe, but being as though that the majority of the rares are horses and rats, I've seen a whole lot of trades declined with people offering horses and rats since not many people like them. And even without demand, Bid 1 would be more ideal since they are offering more than Bid 3.
Overall, I would take Bid 1

Unfair to you. The demand of the Raven has varied from a sorbet to a non. I value it at a sorbet. It would be unfair to you by 5 sorbets since the Coontail is worth 6 sorbets, 2 nons. Even if you valued the Raven at a non, it would still be unfair to you by a non+ .
And with rarity, hecka unfair to you. I mean the Raven is only an advent list and they're asking for an above the gap mainlist pet. So I wouldn't take this offer at all.

i know rarity wise unfair to them, but i'm not sure if demand plays a part in trades now?

Considering that most people here value a liontail at a sorbet, it's nowhere near fair to the liontail, even if they're overpaying Rarity wise, they definitely lack at demand wise c:

This is not fair. Their dog worth a August '09 rare, so it's fair for either one of your Malks. The two rats add up to a February 2009 rare, and both of your fish are outside of three months of that. So value wise, they overpaid. Demand wise is up to you (:
